Terms of Service for In-Flight Madness

Welcome to In-Flight Madness! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our game, including any content, features, and functionality available on or through In-Flight Madness. By downloading, installing, or using the game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using In-Flight Madness, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you agree to these Terms.

2. Account Creation
To access certain features of the game, such as leaderboards and multiplayer, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, White Sun Interactive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use In-Flight Madness.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via the game or by other means. Your continued use of the game after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
